At least two people missing in West Virginia after torrential rain causes flash floods

Following severe flash floods resulting from torrential rain, West Virginia's governor has declared a state of emergency across all 55 counties and mobilized 500 National Guard members to assist with the recovery efforts. At least two individuals remain unaccounted for as search operations continue.
